Marketing Manager - Germany
About The Position
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to represent HUB Security in Germany.
What you will be doing:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing for EU region
- Understanding and managing marketing budget + pricing strategies
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
- Analyzing market trends and aligning with marketing and sales forecasts
- Generating new business leads !!!
- Increasing brand awareness and market share in the EU
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations with the relevant departments at corporate
- Overseeing branding, advertising and media buying campaigns
- Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Promoting HUB’s brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
- Owning and increasing HUB Security’s market awareness and positioning in Europe
- Leading and executing marketing activities in the region
- Innovating and finding new channels for marketing
- Implementing new marketing channels for HUB Security
- Determining and analyzing the marketing effectiveness of brand awareness campaigns and
- Continuously optimizing branding processes
Requirements
- Native German speaker
- High level of English
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience - a must!
- Broad marketing know-how and experience in various areas such as brand development, Digital tools (Google& Linkedin Ads & Twitter)
- Experience in digital media – especially social channels, blogs, web pages and advertorial
- Events and tradeshow management
- Market-oriented approach & hands-on mentality
- Experience in cyber security - an advantage
- Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese languages knowledge - a huge advantage
