What you will be doing:
- Lead the full life cycle of the hiring process including defining job profiles, sourcing, conducting job interviews, references check, job offers, etc.
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns via social media.
- Define, lead and execute the company’s employer brand strategy and activities
- Strategize different ways to cultivate and build marketing and talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Developing cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets
- Provide continuous feedback to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Source candidates directly through internal and external industry networking, direct headhunting and various online recruiting tools
